Software

From sensor logs to autonomous
edge operation

The SF2 software stack accompanies engineering teams throughout the entire lifecycle of industrial condition analysis: You analyze raw data locally, create verifiable condition models, integrate live data streams as well as SCADA systems flexibly to and ultimately execute validated models fully autonomously and resource-efficiently directly at the data source.

Software Components

One Software Stack for Analysis, Deployment,
and Runtime

One core model logic—three specialized components.

Built on the unified SF2 core, each component handles a dedicated stage of the lifecycle. By decoupling offline data analysis from live edge execution, your workflow remains transparent, versionable, and technically robust from initial CSV tests to fleet-wide deployment.

Analyze & Model

SF2 Suite SE

Start for Free with Existing Sensor Logs

The free SF2 Suite SE is the local entry point into SF2 model creation. It processes sensor and process logs from CSV files on your own workstation. Sensor and process logs are analyzed locally, processed with UDTAT, and a verifiable condition model is created using UDM/UFP.

  • CSV-based analysis
  • Complete UDTAT, UDM, and UFP workflow
  • Interactive visualization
  • Comparison of operational and fault states

Integrate & Manage

SF2 Suite RT

Connect real-time data and manage deployments

SF2 Suite RT extends the local modeling workflow with real-time processing and runtime management. Network data streams are connected, runtime behavior is simulated, and verified models provided.

  • Live data sources and file stream server
  • SCADA and operational outputs
  • Versioned production packages
  • Central management of deployed engines

Execute autonomously

SF2 Engine RT

Run validated models autonomously at the edge

SF2 Engine RT is the headless runtime module for continuous production operation. It runs condition models without a graphical user interface close to the data source.

  • Autonomous execution
  • Deterministic fingerprint and overlap calculation
  • Container or edge deployment
  • Local edge operation

Added Value

Key benefits

100% local operation

Sensor and process data can remain in the own network at all stages.

Consistent model logic

The validated SF2 model remains the basis for deployment and runtime.

Engineering-first

Data preparation, fingerprint creation, and trigger logic remain traceable.

Scalable rollout

From the individual use case to centrally managed Runtime Fleet.

Rollout path

From the first dataset to production rollout

  1. 01

    Evaluate with SF2 Suite SE

Analyze sensor logs locally, build reference fingerprints, and check the model against historical progressions.

  2. 02

    Integrate with SF2 Suite RT

Connect real-time data sources, validate trigger paths, and deploy the model as a production package.

  3. 03

    Execute with SF2 Engine RT

Continuously run the model on a server or edge device and pass results to existing systems.
